How to Use

Soy candle wax has what’s called a memory. That means that when you burn a soy candle and then extinguish it, the next time you burn it, the soy candle wax will melt across as far as it did the first time.
This is why it is so important to allow soy candles to burn all the way across to the edge of the container the first time you burn it before putting it out.

A good rule of thumb is to burn your candle for 3hrs for the first burn to achieve a good melt pool.

Delivery

How long will it take to arrive?

Express Delivery - if ordered before 12pm, delivered by Royal Mail next working day. If ordered before 10.30pm on weekdays and weekends, delivered by courier in 2 working days.

Standard Delivery - 2-4 working days. Applies to most delivery addresses within mainland UK.

How will I know it has been sent?

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.

You can also check the status of your order and individual items by accessing MY ACCOUNT details and following the prompts.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

My candle just seduced me

Wow. What just happened? Went to light one of these Genesis puppies up and things got weird. As soon as that creamy wax started creeping up the wick the lights came down and a Barry White song started to play. Now, I do live in Dalston, so it could've been a power cut followed by a drunk person on the High Street, but I'm pretty sure it was the candle. Anyway, it's definitely lit.
